Studio Set-Up

The presenter will be standing in front of a green wall with lights on both them and the wall. There is an optional podium to stand behind and to place notes on. The presenter will be looking at the large monitor just above the camera directly in front, which displays the slides in full frame. If the presenter needs to reference or read from slide notes, these can be displayed on the front monitor, as well. There is another monitor on the right wall that can also be used to read the slides, and to point out specific items (much like a meteorologist). The slides are automatically composited in the background during the recording. We can stop and re-record slides and portions of the presentation, as needed.

PowerPoint Templates

The design elements are optional but the widescreen format and layout (with content on the left) are essential. There are tips and instructions on how to import existing slides into the template.

Directions and Parking

Below is a map of the UF Health Science Center campus. If you do not have a UF Parking pass, parking is available in either Visitor Parking garages. Parking passes are available from our office. The walk to the HPNP building (also on map) is roughly 5 minutes from either garage. Drop-offs can take place on Center Drive next to the HPNP building.

Enter our building through the HPNP portal and take the east elevators up to the 4th floor. The College of PHHP is on the opposite end of the building from the College of Pharmacy, with the College of Nursing in the middle.
